San Francisco (pictures)
We took a weekend trip to San Fran back in September (I thought of you a lot, Britt!). Here are a few pics from our drive up the Pacific Coast Highway and the city...
It was pretty foggy, which added to the majestic scenery.
We camped near the top of a mountatin, above the clouds. This is the sunset over a sea of clouds. The stars were amazing at 4:30am when we left the site for the drive to the city!
The city... The bridge of course is the Golden Gate (so cool). The sea lions are so fun to watch. They either sleep or jump in and out of the water and fight with each other (note the two in the middle). The 3rd shot includes in the forefront the incredibly crooked Lombard Street, some of the city, Coit Tower, and the Bay Bridge. The foggy picture with and island in the middle is a shot of Alcatraz.
